Our remote monitoring tools are designed to alert us to a problem before it impacts your operations. And our remote management tools are designed to allow us to fix most problems without you even noticing anything was wrong.
If something in your office breaks (let’s say your printer isn’t working right) – again, no problem. Just pick up the phone and call our Help Desk. Trained technicians will be there to troubleshoot your problem. And if we can’t solve the problem from a distance we’ll send a technician to you.
Both our NOC and Help Desk are U.S.-based and staffed with U.S. citizens who are trained on HIPAA.
